ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES.

As a small business, Snatchd does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our garments, all purchases are considered final once an order has been placed.

Each piece is carefully inspected before it is packed and shipped to ensure it meets our quality standards. In the rare case that you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact Snatchd within 24 hours of delivery.

To be reviewed, the item must be:
unworn, unwashed, unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Snatchd reserves the right to deny any request if the item has been worn, washed, altered, stained, damaged, or returned without its original packaging and tags intact.

As a small independent brand, we kindly ask that you carefully review all product details, sizing information, and order information before completing your purchase. If you need help before ordering, our team will be happy to assist you.
